Refund Policy

Coaching, Consulting & Enhancement Packages

All coaching programs, executive enhancement services, strategy intensives, and consulting sessions are non-refundable once payment is made. This includes partial payments or deposits. We honor your commitment as an investment in transformation, and reserve time, resources, and creative energy exclusively for your growth.

Note: If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited time.

Digital Products & Materials

All e-books, course content, downloadable materials, and proprietary tools are final sale. Due to the instant-access nature of these items, we do not offer refunds once materials have been delivered or accessed.

Group Programs & Live Experiences

Due to limited seats and resource allocation, all payments for group coaching programs, workshops, or live experiences are non-refundable. In some cases, credit may be applied toward a future experience of equal value, at the discretion of Headstrong™.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand life happens. In extreme or medically documented emergencies, we may offer case-by-case credit toward future services. However, this is not guaranteed and will be handled with discretion and integrity.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us immediately at inquiries@realheadstrong.com. We will gladly review your concern and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.

Policy Agreement

By purchasing any Headstrong™ service or product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
