FAQs

Do you accept insurance?
No. HeadStrong is a private pay experience. We do not accept insurance or provide superbills for reimbursement. This ensures your healing journey remains private, personalized, and powerfully outside the constraints of traditional systems.

 

Are classes or sessions refundable?
No. All purchases are final. Due to the high-impact nature of our work and the limited availability of our offerings, we do not offer refunds, transfers, or exchanges under any circumstances.

 

What if I’m going through a crisis or need ongoing support?
HeadStrong is a high-level clarity and recalibration experience....not a crisis response center. If you are in a mental health emergency, please contact a licensed provider or local hotline. This space is designed for deep transformation, not acute care.

 

How do I prepare for my session?
Come open. Come honest. Come ready. You’ll receive a brief intake form to complete before your session. We recommend having a quiet, uninterrupted space and a journal nearby.

 

Can I bring a friend, partner, or team member to my session?
No. Sessions are 1:1 and sacred. Group or partner consultations must be booked as a separate engagement.

 

Is this therapy?
No. Dr. Rahb's work is rooted in neuroscience, spiritual psychology, and advanced life strategy — not clinical therapy. This is for those seeking transformation, not traditional talk sessions.


Can I contact Dr. Rahb directly after my session?
Ongoing access is not included. Should you desire additional support, you’ll be guided to book a follow-up session or package.

Do you offer EMDR, NLP, or Hypnosis?
Elements of EMDR, NLP, and Hypnosis are infused throughout our classes and treatments to enhance client breakthroughs and transformation.

 

Does Headstrong offer discounts?
Discounts are granted solely at the discretion of Headstrong Leadership and are not guaranteed.

 

What happens if I don’t complete my assigned work or exercises for my class or program?
Consistent engagement and completion of assigned work are required for active participation. Clients who fail to complete work as assigned by their coach may be subject to termination from the program.

 

Can I reschedule a session?
Yes. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee. After two consecutive cancellations, Headstrong reserves the right to terminate services.

 

What is Dr. Rahb’s availability?
Dr. Rahb is available for sessions Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (CST).

If I purchase a product or service and later change my mind, can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Once a product or service has been booked or purchased, refunds or exchanges are not permitted.
