The Trauma School - One Day Intensive

Price

$25.00

Trauma is not what happened to you. Trauma is what happened inside you as a result of what happened to you and it lives in your body, your identity, and every relationship you've ever had.

Recorded: Sunday, June 14th, 2026

You've spent years managing the symptoms without understanding the source. Trauma School changes that in one day.

This four-hour virtual intensive covers the three domains trauma touches most — your nervous system, your identity, and your relationships. Not surface-level. Not toxic positivity. Real frameworks, real science, and tools you can use before the Zoom call ends.

What You'll Learn

Module 1 teaches you what trauma actually is  including the kinds that don't make it onto your chart and why your body's responses have always made sense. You'll understand your nervous system, your survival patterns, and why insight alone rarely creates change.

Module 2 goes deeper. You'll learn how trauma writes identity — the core beliefs, the adaptive selves, the inner critic that's been mistaken for your personality. This is where the HeadStrong framework lives: the difference between who you were trained to be and who you actually are.

Module 3 is about everyone you've ever loved. Attachment styles. Trauma bonds. Why you're drawn to people who feel familiar even when familiar means unsafe. And what repair real repair actually requires.

This Is For You If:

You keep asking why you respond the way you do. You love or work with someone who's been through something hard. You've done therapy but feel like something is still stuck in your body. You want a day that actually teaches you something.

This is a psychoeducation intensive — not therapy, not trauma processing, not clinical treatment. Content may be activating; regulation practices are woven throughout the day. Participants in active mental health crisis are encouraged to secure individual clinical support prior to attending.
