This 8-week immersive program is designed for individuals ready to move beyond coping into core-level reconstruction. “Deep Trauma Surgery” is not about surface repair it’s about precision work on the psychic scar tissue that holds survival patterns, body memory, and generational residue.
This course takes participants through emotional excavation, nervous system rewiring, and identity reclamation. Each week builds upon the last, combining somatic awareness, psychological insight, narrative reframing, and symbolic integration.
The Grief Wound and Pathways (Sexual Assault Recovery) has been consolidated with this course those with those grief and have experienced SSA will be placed in a private setting for process, while participating in general attendance.
This is not light work. It’s raw, structured, and sacred for those ready to reclaim their mind, body, and narrative from trauma’s architecture.
Week 1: The Anatomy of Trauma – Mapping the Wound
Objective: Build language, awareness, and precision around trauma.
Focus: Understanding the difference between the event and the imprint.
Key Concepts:
How trauma embeds itself in the nervous system and subconscious.
The body as the archive of unprocessed memory.
Safety vs. familiarity: why chaos can feel like home.
Exercises:
Nervous System Mapping: identifying personal triggers and baseline states.
The Origin Story: writing a timeline of emotional injuries without judgment.
Breath anchoring: a daily 5-minute grounding ritual.
