Program Overview

RECLAIM is a 12-week intensive cohort experience designed for sexual trauma survivors who are ready to move beyond survival and reconstruct their sense of self. This is not a support group—it's a clinical-precision, trauma-informed masterclass in nervous system healing and authentic identity restoration.

Program Philosophy

Friday, January 30th, 2025, 7PM Chicago/Central 

Sexual trauma doesn't just wound the body it fragments identity. The perpetrator's actions imprint themselves into how survivors see themselves, what they believe they deserve, and which parts of themselves feel safe to inhabit. RECLAIM operates from a simple premise: your identity isn't broken, it's been buried under trauma responses. Our work is excavation, not reconstruction.

This cohort combines somatic healing practices, clinical trauma work, identity psychology, and relational repair to help you:

• Separate your core self from trauma imprints
• Rebuild nervous system safety from the ground up
• Reclaim agency over your body and sexuality
• Restore relationships to yourself and others
• Integrate shadow aspects created by trauma

Pillar 1: Nervous System Architecture (Weeks 1-2)

Foundation: Understanding your survival wiring

You cannot restore identity while living in a dysregulated nervous system. These opening weeks establish the neurobiological map of your trauma response.

Week 1 Content:

• The neurobiology of sexual trauma and fragmentation
• Your personal nervous system profile: sympathetic, parasympathetic, and freeze responses
• Mapping your trauma timeline and activation patterns
• Introduction to somatic practices for real-time regulation
