Hypnosis School - Level 1

1. The Foundation (Level 1) (6 weeks) 

Class Starts 11/11/25

Theme: Understanding the Subconscious
Goal: Build awareness and internal mastery.
Modules:

• What Hypnosis Really Is (science, myths, and psychology)

• The Subconscious vs. Conscious Mind

• Brainwave States and Suggestibility

• Language of the Mind (Anchoring, Metaphor, Reframing)

• The Hypnotic Voice – Presence, Tone, and Authority

• Self-Hypnosis for Emotional Regulation

Outcome: Students learn how to hypnotize themselves safely, reprogram negative beliefs, and build inner focus.

Levels 2 and 3 will continue after the foundational course.
